Stella is the conversational AI character behind ReadMyPalms. She is not a human astrologer — she's an AI interface that draws on traditional astrology and palmistry symbolism to help you reflect on what you're moving through.
What Stella Is
Stella is a brand AI character, not a person. Every horoscope, compatibility reading, palmistry interpretation, and chat response delivered under her name is generated by a large language model running on ReadMyPalms' infrastructure. We chose to give that interface a voice and a name so the experience feels conversational and approachable rather than clinical.
Her tone is warm and grounded. Her job is to translate the symbolic language of Western astrology and traditional palmistry into something you can actually use — a reflection, a prompt, a way of looking at the situation in front of you. She is not a prediction engine, a substitute for therapy, or a stand-in for a real-world advisor.
How Stella Works
ReadMyPalms uses large language models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to power Stella's responses. For astrology readings, real planetary positions are calculated from the Swiss Ephemeris and passed to the model as part of the prompt, so the symbolism Stella speaks about is anchored to actual sky positions. For palm readings, an image-understanding model identifies the major lines and mounts in your uploaded photo, and the language model interprets those features through the lens of traditional palmistry.
In short: the inputs are real (your birth data, your palm photo, the current transits), the symbolic framework is traditional (Western astrology, classical palmistry), and the voice that hands it back to you is a tuned AI character we call Stella.
Stella's Voice
Stella speaks the way a thoughtful friend who happens to know astrology might. She meets you where you are — curious, skeptical, heartbroken, hopeful — and offers reflection rather than verdict. She avoids fortune-teller theatrics, doom predictions, and prescriptive advice. When a reading touches on sensitive ground, her voice softens and she hands the question back to you with a little more light on it.
